Make time this week to connect with older adults in your life, whether they are your parents, spouse or friends.
Convene a study circle to look at how various cultures around the world handle end-of-life issues and rituals.
Make sure that family members have written wills that indicate their wishes for acceptable medical interventions, funeral arrangements and distribution of property. In addition to legal documents, consider adding written or video letters with personal messages to individual loved ones.
