The Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival is presented by Sebastopol Center for the Arts, a grassroots, nonprofit arts center created in 1988 by a coalition of art, business and community members to provide art programs and services for all sectors of West Sonoma County.
This year, the festival highlights a wide array of independent documentaries including five POV films – Where Soldiers Come From (POV 2011), The Learning (POV 2011), Girl Model (POV 2012), Guilty Pleasures (POV 2012) and Granito: How to Nail a Dictator (POV 2012). The Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival runs Thursday, March 28 – Sunday, April 1, at a variety of locations, including the Sebastopol Cinemas (6868 McKinley St.) and the Sebastopol Center for the Arts (6780 Depot St.).
