Today, the popular DIY filmmaking blog nofilmschool.com announced the release of a new camera with a design that harks back to 16mm film cameras, Black Betty. The design should make it easy to mount the camera on your shoulder, unlike many current DSLRs. Also, it will prove to be a powerful tool as it uses an Apple Mac Mini and a Silicon Imaging SI-2K Mini Camera Head in its camera system.
