From a land of long, dark winters comes Steam of Life, a moody, comic and moving study of Finnish men as framed by the national obsession with the sauna. The highly acclaimed film will have its national broadcast premiere on POV next Tuesday, August 2, 2011, and Finnish centers and libraries around the country will be opening their doors to audiences for screenings and discussions before and after the broadcast.
