If you are getting an error message, try the following things:

1) Go to options in your Netscape menu and choose Network Preferences... From there, go to Cache.

a) Up your cache size to at least 5 meg.

b) Clear Disk Cache Now.

2) Quit Netscape

3) Open Netscape again.
