Monteith McCollumBorn in Chicago, Monteith McCollum spent much of his early childhood traveling around the world with his parents. At age eight, he moved to Iowa to live on the farm of his grandfather, Milford Beeghly. He is a 1994 graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago where he studied film and painting. He recently moved with his wife to upstate New York where he teaches photography at a local college. Hybrid is his first film.
