Hosting a Premiere Party is as simple as watching the film online or inviting friends and family from your community for the PBS broadcast.  Here are some Premiere Party ideas from POV viewers:

  • “It will just be a small party – probably just my sweetie and me (plus our two cats). We’ll have a big bowl of freshly popped popcorn and other salty snacks. Pretty simple, but just the way we like it!”
  • “We invited the entire community and will offer cookies and coffee.”
  • “I live in a retirement village with 406 residents. Every Wednesday evening I hold a documentary DVD viewing and discussion. While we only average 17 our discussions are lively.”

Premiere Party winners will also receive organic popcorn from Quinn Popcorn, Fair-Trade and organic dark chocolate from Divine Chocolate and Fair-Trade, organic and shade-grown coffee from Grounds for Change, plus a POV reusable tote bag.

ALL entries will be eligible for the Grand Prize!
