POV Premiere Party winner Wendy Phillips

Congratulations to Wendy Phillips, one of the lucky POV Premiere Party Pack winners!  Wendy has hosted three Premiere Parties, each complete with friends, hors d’oeuvre and wine!

Wendy Phillips is originally from Ohio but has been “out West” since age 6 (here and there) and is now living in Albuquerque, NM. She manages a self storage property, hits the gym with friends, is gearing up for a colorful fall and generally just enjoying life!

Wendy’s first Premiere Party took a look at My Reincarnation, which she describes as, “a warm, reverent, and interesting look at reincarnation and Buddhism – a fascinating documentary that I intend to share with others.”

Numi Organic Tea, Divine Chocolate, Newman's Own Organics Pop's Corn, Brooklyn Roasting Company Bespoke Blend

With the broadcast of Guilty Pleasures, Wendy and her friends from the gym enjoyed “a more lighthearted romp into the world of the romance novel and how these are very much intertwined in the lives of so many people around the world… Throw in a few hors d’oeuvre and some wine and we were set for a frolicking evening.”

Her most recent Premiere Party was Up Heartbreak Hill, which, as a New Mexico resident, seemed especially fitting. “We hear about the struggles of not only Navajo, but of the many other Native American tribes in our area, who have children and young adults fighting the conflicts of old ways versus new,” said Wendy. “It’s a generational struggle that doesn’t end.”

“I feel extremely fortunate in having the opportunity to not only to view, but to have won some of these amazing 25th Anniversary POV prizes,” says Wendy.
