West Linn has the highest per capita telecommuters in the greater Portland area. With loneliness and isolation being problems in this community, Films on 43 hopes to spark conversation and brainstorm ideas for creating pockets of community and connection within this city.

Tea Time Conversation Starter: What can we learn about communication from this group of five Chilean women who have gathered once a month for the past 60 years to speak their minds? How can a seemingly simple round table conversation help a person cope with problems both big and small?

For more prompts for discussion, download the Tea Time discussion guide.

Visit our local events calendar for a full list of events happening across the country and join our Community Network to host a screening of your own!
